Saint Andrews Village (SAV) and School is one of the oldest and most important educational centers in Singapore. DPA is tasked to be its administrator to all Conservation, Expansion and Design works. Such tasks can be challenging as it is, since the whole is a heritage site thus, limiting any alteration of its existing conditions.
